Our focus is to acquire under-densified land where we can add value through entitlement, rezoning, subdividing. We love our city, but depending on the political environment in Austin, that can be more easily said than done. That’s why we’ve decided to specialize in what is difficult, so we can leverage our relationships and our expertise for landowners and our investors.
